• Can I cancel my Order? Anyone can cancel their order within 24 hours from purchase time, just email us at info@lightlines.io and enter into the subject line "Cancel My Order". After that period, you will only be able to return the sign for a full refund minus a restocking fee of %10. • What type of warranty and repair policy is provided? The LED sign products, i.e. the Subway Sign @ Home Series, the BareBones SS displays, and the LineWorks Series products are covered by a 3 year limited warranty. What that means is that if any of these products cease to work or function properly, we will cover the cost of repair within that 3 year window from purchase. We will also cover the shipping expenses provided the original packaging is kept and reusable for shipping back to us. If the original packaging is not available, then the customer will pay the additonal cost of shippng the product back to us. The warranty DOES NOT cover cosmetic damage to ANY of the products mentioned here or any others that we sell on our shop. Typical repairs that are out of warranty run from $50 to $150 dollars. We do offer parts that a customer can purchase to repair some aspects of our products such as the Electronics Kit and LED Panel. Cosmetic repair costs will be decided on a case by case basis.

• Can I get a free sign? While we had given away a few signs last year to a few of our instagram followers, we have had to pause that campaign during this ongoing supply chain crisis. Hopefully we will be starting that up again so make sure to follow us so that you will know when that happens.
