EFFORTLESS INTEGRATION

OUR SUBWAY DISPLAYS INTEGRATE SEAMLESSLY INTO ANY EXISTING WIRED OR WIRELESS NETWORK. AVailable connectivity options include gigabit ethernet, wifi, & poe (power over ethernet). shown below are 3 common integration scenario types.

SCENARIO # 1

Subway Displays are connected to existing wireless, hardwired, or poe network

OVERVIEW:

• Subway Displays are configured with the appropriate credentials to connect the devices to the customer’s existing wireless, hardwired, or POE network, which in turn allows the necessary internet access to our Light Lines data servers.

ASSUMPTIONS:

• Customer’s existing network that the subway signs will be connected to, shares the same data space as the customer’s internal network and resources.

• Customer’s existing network has an existing internet connection via their internal network.

• Appropriate network and data security policies are currently in place within the customer’s technology infrastructure and are being managed by qualified individuals.

SCENARIO # 2

Subway Displays are connected to a “guest” type of Wireless network

WiFi-Scenario-2.png

OVERVIEW:

• Subway Displays are configured with the appropriate credentials to connect to the customers’s “guest” or similar type wireless network, which in turn allows the necessary internet access to the Light Lines data servers.

ASSUMPTIONS:

• Customer’s “guest” or similar type wireless network is logically and possibly physically isolated from the customer’s internal data network. However, “Guest” User” and the subway SIgns may be on the same data network.

• Customer’s “guest” or similar type wireless network is equipped with an internet connection.

• Appropriate network and data security policies are currently in place within the customer’s technology infrastructure and are being managed by qualified individuals.

SCENARIO # 3

Subway Displays are connected to an isolated & private wireless, hardwired, or poe network

WiFi-Scenario-3-2.png

OVERVIEW:

• An isolated wireless network is set up and configured to provide direct access to the Light Lines data servers.

ASSUMPTIONS:

• Isolated wireless network is completely physically and logically isolated from the customer’s internal data network.

• Isolated wireless network is equipped with an internet connection.

• Appropriate network and data security policies are currently in place within the customer’s technology infrastructure and are being managed by qualified individuals.
